Where shared purpose takes root.
Helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their foundation, pursue aligned funding, and grow with purpose.
Grant Strategy & Consulting
Strong grants begin with a strong foundation.
I help mission-driven organizations understand their grant readiness, identify funding opportuniites that genuinely align with their work, and develop thoughtful proposals that reflect their voice and vision.
My goal is to help you pursue funding while building the knowledge and confidence to navigate the grant process with greater independence.

Carol Wyatt | Grant Strategist & Consultant
I believe meaningful work deserves the support and resources to grow.
I created The Collective Ground because I'm passionate about helping people who are helping people. I work alongside mission-driven organizations to strengthen their foundation, clarify where they are going, and pursue funding opportunities that genuinely align with their work.
With professional training in grant writing and hands-on nonprofit experience, I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to the grant process.
I want the organizations I work with to feel supported, informed, and confident--while keeping their own voice, vision, and purpose at the center of the work.
